My Account
Update your profile, login email, password, and time zone — and jump to your own profiles
What this page is for
My Account (/account) is your personal control panel. Every signed-in user has one — you don't need any admin access. Open it from the user menu in the top-right corner (your name or photo), or, if you're in the office, from the Account group in the Admin menu. Most of what's here affects your own login only. A side menu (chips along the top on a phone) jumps you straight to each section.
Your profile photo
The Profile Photo card sets the picture shown next to your name in Service Envoy, including the circle in the top-right corner. Click Upload Photo (or Change Photo if you already have one) and pick a JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP image up to 10 MB. Click Remove to go back to your initials.
This is the same photo as on your employee record, so changing it here also changes it there, and an admin changing it on your record changes it here. Any user can set their own photo, including office users who never open the Resources pages.
Your company logo
Owners and Admins see a Company Logo card right under Profile Photo. Click Upload Logo (or Change Logo) and pick a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF up to 5 MB; Remove takes it off. Your logo appears next to your company name to the technicians and companies you work with: on Private Network offers and on the site visit page of a technician you have assigned. On the Tech Marketplace your logo stays hidden, like your name, until a technician is assigned.
Your profile
The Profile card sets your First name and Last name as they appear across Service Envoy. Edit them and click Save.
Your login email
The Login Email card changes the address you sign in with (and where account notifications go). Because you have to be able to receive mail at that address, Service Envoy verifies the new one before switching:
Type the New email and click Send code.
Check that inbox for a 6-digit code. (Didn't get it? Click Resend.)
Enter the code in Verification code and click Verify & save. Your login email only moves once the code checks out.
Think of that code like a tamper-evident seal: it proves the new mailbox is really yours before your sign-in depends on it, so a typo can't lock you out. Login emails are unique across Service Envoy — if the address is already taken, you'll be asked to pick another.
Your password
The Password card changes your password without leaving the app. Enter your Current password, then your New password twice (the second time in Confirm new password), and click Change password. Forgotten your current password? Sign out and use Forgot password on the login screen instead — it emails you a reset link.
My Profiles
The My Profiles card is a shortcut to your own records, gathered in one place:
My Tech Profile — opens your own employee / technician resource record. This is especially handy for technicians, whose side menu may not include a profile link — you can always reach your record from here.
My Client Profile — opens your client marketplace profile. It only appears if your account can act as a client (admins, project managers, and other office roles once your company's client profile is set up), so technicians won't see it.
Two-factor authentication
The Two-Factor Authentication card adds a second lock to your login: even if someone learns your password, they can't sign in without the rotating 6-digit code from the authenticator app on your phone.
Click Enable two-factor authentication.
Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.), or type in the secret shown under it.
Enter the 6-digit code the app shows and click Verify and enable.
Save the backup codes you're shown — they're shown only once. Each one gets you in a single time if you lose your phone.
Once it's on, the card shows how many backup codes you have left. Use Regenerate backup codes for a fresh set of 10 (the old ones stop working), or Disable to turn two-factor off — both ask for a current code first.
Your time zone
Your time zone is no longer set on this page. It's stored on your employee record (the Main tab of your resource record) and is set by an admin — ask your Owner or an Admin if it's wrong. Scheduled site visit times always use each site's own local time zone.
Extra cards for office roles
Depending on your role, you may also see:
User Management (Owner) — a Manage User Accounts button that opens the page where you invite users, set roles, reset passwords and change login emails. See Managing User Accounts & Login Emails.
Check-In Requirements — a company-wide switch, Require vehicle & mileage on check-in. It shows for anyone with the Manage Check-In Requirements permission (Owner, Admin and Project Manager by default). See Vehicle & Mileage at Check-In — Requiring It or Turning It Off.
Subscription & Plan (Owner) — Open Subscription & Plan takes you to your plan, add-ons, payment methods and invoices.
Refer & Earn (everyone except technicians) — Open Refer & Earn goes to your referral page. The button stays locked until your company activates a technician or client marketplace profile. See Refer & Earn — Referral Program.
