Getting Started with Service Envoy

Welcome to Service Envoy! This platform helps independent IT technicians, field service professionals, and small businesses manage their operations efficiently. Whether you're a solo technician or running a team, Service Envoy provides the tools you need to track work, manage clients, and grow your business.
Subscription Plans
Service Envoy offers three main subscription tiers:
Marketplace Essentials - Perfect for companies who want to place work on the Service Envoy marketplace, independent technicians who want to perform work on the marketplace, or a mixture of both. Includes marketplace ticket creation and site visit routing, mileage tracking, and an internal calendar.
Service Company - For small teams. Adds your own clients and internal tickets, employee management, company asset tracking, 1099 tracking, and 5 users with different roles. Vehicle maintenance records, Google Calendar sync and payroll are available as add-ons.
Service Company Employer - Complete business management. Includes everything in Service Company plus payroll & timesheets, advanced metrics, vehicle maintenance records, Google Calendar sync, and 10 users.
Need more people? Extra user seats can be added on either paid plan. To send work to 1099 contractors in your own Private Network, add the Technician Network add-on ($49/month, includes 10 technician seats). Prices and every add-on are covered in Signing Up: Plans & Add-ons.
Direct Client Package (DCP)
If you've purchased a Direct Client Package (DCP), your DCP client information, training materials, rates, and other exclusive data syncs to your account directly from Service Envoy. DCP users receive automatic updates related to the DCP clients with a special dashboard alert.
